He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph and Marjorie; and his father-in-law Gus Fystrom. He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Chad Hazen (Amanda) and Natasha Hazen (Shawn); his grandchildren, Zander and Rocco; his siblings, Ron, Garnet and Michelle Ferris (Dave); his mother-in-law Margaret Fystrom; and his brother-in-law Jim Fystrom (Lauri). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
