She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Schappert and Katherine Schappert; her husband Norbert; her son Blair; and her siblings, Minnie Laidlaw (Andrew), Laura Rathgeber (Willie), Anne Schutz (Lou), Lizzie Rathgeber (Rudolph), Albert, George and Rudy Schappert.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard, Matt (Buffy) and Johnny; and her siblings-in-law, Phyllis Schappert and Lloyd Schaan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Noreen's memory may be made to "The Santa Maria Foundation".
