He was predeceased by: his father Honoré Normand. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his mother Germaine Normand of Winnipeg, Manitoba; his siblings, Gérald Normand (Barb) of Guatemala and Ginette Normand of Winnipeg, Manitoba; his daughter Karoll-Ann Turgeon (David Vachon) of Windsor, Quebec; his grandchildren, Livia and Èvely; his nieces, Dani Normand (Chris Marciniak) of Orangeville, Kayla Villebrun-Normand of Winnipeg, Cierra and Savanna Reimer of Airdrie, Alberta; his nephew Matthieu Normand of Hamilton, Ontario; his great-niece Makaela Hunter-Normand of Brampton, Ontario; his great-nephew Rémi Marciniak of Orangeville, Ontario; his uncle Gerry Lafantaisie; his parents-in-law, Carol Smith (Howard) and Bob Watson (Cec); his brother-in-law Brett Watson (Sue Lasher); his niece Shayla Stephenson (Joel Peterson); and his pets, Bailee, Sassy and Pandy. He is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins.
