He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul and Emily; and his sister Milly. He is survived by: his wife Lavina; his children, Kerri Blake (Trevor) and Jay Yaciw (Monica); and his grandchildren, Zayden, Zaxton, Grumpie, Keauna, Keelan, Daniel and Bunkie. He is also survived by numerous sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law as well as nieces and nephews.
