She is survived by: her children, David (Charlene) of Regina, SK, Gerald (Margaret) of Yorkton, SK, Herbert of Sherwood Park, AB and Doreen Prokopchuk (Randy) of Yorkton, SK; her grandsons, Colin and Justin (Jamie) of Regina, SK; and her great grandchildren, Ja'lynn Boychuk Donald of Regina, SK, Jane Boychuk and Baba.
