He was predeceased by: his wife Elsie; his parents, Alex Fuchs and Phillipina Fuchs; his siblings, Conrad Fuchs and Theresa; his siblings-in-law, Tony Gartner, Alfred Schropp, Freddie Perepeluk, Norman and Alma Minchuk; and his grandson Chance Frohlick.

He is survived by: his close friend Phyllis Erickson; his daughters, Lorena Dewji (Shabir) and Lee-Ann McCann (Kirk); his grandchildren, Zachary, Raven (Travis), Caitlyn (Johni) and Cole; his great grandchildren, Linkin, Lyra, Eli and Kaysen; his sisters, Rose Schropp and Fran Walter (Carl); his sisters-in-law, Francis Fuchs and Edna Perepeluk; and his godchildren, Millie Folk, Charlotte Kessler and Dave Gartner.
