It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phong Thanh Le (Regina, Saskatchewan), who passed away on November 21, 2025, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Phong Thanh Le to show support.

He is survived by: his father Tong Thanh Le; his wife Quy Pham; his children, Caitlyn and Jaden; and his siblings, Lan (Nam), Oanh (Phil), Phuong (Su), Tien, Tuyet, Xuan (Lon), Xuyen (Dung) and Muoi (Phuong). He is also survived by brothers and sisters in law, along with many nieces, nephews.

He also led Quy Bac Ai Regina, a humanitarian charity group that helped people experiencing poverty in Vietnam.
