She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Dean and Miros Dean. She is survived by: her husband Charlie; her children, Celina (Kevin), Annette and Russ (Deirdre); and her grandchildren, Breanna (Colby), Mack and Tanner. She is also survived by sisters, her brother, many nieces and nephews, and friends.
A burial will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Regina Funeral Home and Cemetery (4001 Victoria Ave, Regina, SK S4T1M8).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Phyllis' name to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
