He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Rae Rose; and his parents, Raymond and Mary. He is survived by: his sons, Jason and Craig (Danielle); his grandchildren, Jesika (Gavin), Jazmin (Jae) and Jaxton; his great grandchildren, Waylon and Clay; and his siblings, Ken (Sharon) and Eileen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, 1738 Quebec Ave Unit 26, Saskatoon, SK.
