He was predeceased by: his parents, R. C. Livingstone (Scotty) and B. A. Livingstone (Babs); his stepmother M. E. Livingstone (Betty); his brother R. C. Livingstone (Cam); his niece Amanda B. Livingstone; and his mother-in-law Cecilia Weisgerber.

He is survived by: his significant other Valerie; his children, Carma, Kevin (Jacey) and Jarrod; and his siblings, Susan Patryuk (Perry) and Larry Livingstone (Janie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins extended family.
