He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Mantyak and Pauline Mantyak (Siroski); and his siblings, Joe (Mary), Mark, Ann, Peter (Sylvia) and Lawrence (Lorraine).
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Ron; his wife Joanne; his children, Jennifer McDonald (Ryan) and Chris (Tara); and his grandchildren, Kieran, Kaelen, Huxley, Ayzlin and Pepper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
