He was predeceased by: his daughter Michelle. He is survived by: his sons, Joshua, Lincoln and Logan; the parent of his children Tracy; and his siblings, John, Darcy, Lisa (Paul) and Trina. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
