He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie (Lloyd), Denise (Ken), Melinda (Dan) and Melissa (Mick); and his wife Catherine (Cathy). He is also survived by four 4 daughters, one son, many grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as three sisters and one brother.
