He is survived by: his children, Leslie Crawford, Ken Thomas (Jen), Karen Kostron and Jennifer Thomas; his grandchildren, Kristin Crawford, Laura Crawford (Brett), Cassidy Crawford, Tyler Kostron and Jenaya Kostron; his brother Ron Thomas (Bonnie); his friends, Greg, Olive White, Bob and Charlotte Oberthier; and his parents, Adam Thomas and Tory Thomas.
