We announce the death of Roger Carl Claussen (Regina, Saskatchewan), born in Assiniboia, Saskatchewan, who passed away on July 8, 2026. Roger will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Roger will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Roger’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Claussen and Evelyn Claussen; and his siblings, Lloyd Claussen and Ruth Klassen. He is survived by: his wife Lucy; his children, Erin Claussen-Lockert (Kevin) and Tim Claussen; and his granddaughter Cora Lockert (Josiah). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, anyone wishing to remember Roger may make a donation to the Regina Humane Society in his name.
