He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hoffman and Mary Hoffman; his sister Sharon; and his brother-in-law Eldon McKenzie. He is survived by: his sons, Lukas (Sarah) and Joshua Hoffman; and his siblings, Karen, Dianne, Ken (Rita) and Don. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
