She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Windrim and Dorothy Windrim. She is survived by: her children, Debera Silvius, Laurie Kirschman (Keith) and Michael Mitchell; her sister Elva Wolfe (late Ken); her grandchildren, Mitchell Silvius, Dereck Silvius Wingrove (Jessika), Vanda Welfing (Tyler), Carlin Kirchman (Amanda) and Morgan Kirschman (Kaity); and her great grandchildren, Kayld, Trinity, Oaklyn, Grayson and Brandt. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made, in Rose's memory, to one of her favourite charities, The Saskatchewan Cancer Society, the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Sick Children's Hospital, or the Faith Baptist Church Regina.
