She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Mlynarski and Rosalia Mlynarski; her husband Michael Herdzik; and her son Ronald. She is survived by: her children, Christina, Walter (Roberta), Ed, Theresa (Nick), Mary Ann (Roger) and Tony (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Renata, Carmen Herdzik, Lisa, Neil Karkut, Joseph, Stephanie, Vanessa Gartner, Melissa and Zach Herdzik.
