It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stacy Kelly Severight Kakakaway in Regina, Saskatchewan, who passed away on May 30, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Wanda Akachuk; and her brothers, Ryan, Brendan Akachuk, Jody Lonethunder and Irvin Nahbexie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Edan Kakakaway, Hellana Wahpoosewyan and Cynthia Kakakaway; her husband Lance Severight; her father Joseph Kakakaway; her siblings, Spence (Joey Nahbexie), Lance Akachuk, Jordan Shepherd, Darwin Shepherd (Adam Akachuk), Julia, Josephine, Jay-Lynn, Natasha and Connalee Akachuk; her Auntie-mother Brenda Akachuk; and her grandmother Nora Kakakaway.
A wake will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the White Bear Community Hall. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
