He was predeceased by: his parents, Poe Nau and Thein Pyu; and his brother Muang Thaung Shwe. He is survived by: his wife Ma Pyu; his brother Muang Thaung Ngway; and his children, Naw Cher Poe, Saw Htoo and Poe Nay Gri. He is also survived by his son in-law; daughter in-law, and grandchildren.
