Terry Forsythe Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Terry Forsythe (Regina, Saskatchewan). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn; his son Tom Forsythe; and his siblings, Art, George, Eileen and Mildred.

He is survived by: his children, LeeAnn Forsythe (Neil Crookshanks) and Tim Forsythe; his daughter-in-law Sandra Forsythe; and his grandchildren, Joel Forsythe, Meghan Forsythe, Rory Forsythe, Danny Forsythe, Dylan Crookshanks and Bree Crookshanks. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
