We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Thomas Roy Carter (Regina, Saskatchewan), born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Marge Carter; his parents, Roy Carter and Kathleen Germain (Kay); his stepfather Doug Germain; his sister Joyce Carter; his nephew Doug; his parents-in-law, Venla and William Jarvenpaa; his sister Irene; his brother-in-law Art Heisler; his niece-in-law Shelley; and his cousin Janice Koziol.

He is survived by : his children, Deana Carter Keller (Jeff) and Darren Carter (Amanda); his grandchildren, Matthew, Rachel, Roan, Rhys and Fynlea; his siblings, Terry Germain (Bea) and Wendy Rundle; his nieces, Leann (family: Lindsey) and Kathleen; and his nephew Kelly (Rose, family: Terry). He is also survived by other extended family, dear friends.

A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Speers Funeral Chapel (2136 College Ave, Regina, SK S4P1C5).
