She is survived by: her father Bernie Brezinski; her sister Shelley (Brad); her son Nicholas Gilbey; her half-brothers, Christopher, Joseph Kilcher (Joey) and Romaniuk; her cousins, Barb, Maryann, Kevin and Marris; her uncle Wayne (Sandy); her cousins, Cindy, Kelli and Sherri; her aunt Darlene Stinson (Gary); her cousins, Kim, Gary Jr. and Christine; her mother Karen MacCallum (Ian); her half-brother Bryan MacCallum (Marci Rif); her uncle Harold Mickelson (Karen); her cousins, Sean and Kyla Gossard (Brian); her aunt Marg Mickelson; her cousins, Hannah, Jane and Paula; her aunt Joy Allan (Gene); and her cousin Jackson.
The family requests that donations be made in Tina's memory to the Cancer Foundation of Saskatchewan funds allocated to "Patient Care and Comfort".
