He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clifford Sr., Mildred Hunter and Bill; and his cousin Wyatt Dustyhorn. He is survived by: his children, Charlotte and Weston; his parents, Clifford "Blackie" and Marlene; his sisters, Jasmine Blind and Shirley Mercer; his barn boss Choppy; his cousins, Logan, Sherise and Brody; and his close friend Jarius. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.

He also worked security during Covid lockdown for his First Nation.
