She was predeceased by : her parents, John Kokotailo and Connie Kokotailo. She is survived by : her siblings, Kate, Teri (Jim), Kevin (Rhonda) and Sheila; and her pet Tallulah. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
