She is survived by: her husband Norval Budd of Regina; her daughters, Eleanor Freese (Gerald), Nora Balog (Ken), Laura Budd (Pat), Trudy Horlacher (Rod) and Cheryl Clark (Sheldon); her sisters, Doreen (Joe), Audrey and Ida (Elmer); and her in-laws, Iva, Donald (Loreen), Hazel, Eugene (Lorna), Joyce (Raymond), Alvin (Margaret), Pearl (Joe), James (Joanne), Ruth (Phillip), Helen (Oliver), Veva (George) and Lloyd.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Kelliher School (205 2 Ave, Kelliher, SK S0A1V0).
Memorial donations in memory of Vera may be made to the Cancer Foundation of Saskatchewan as gifts of remembrance.
