It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verna Laverne Yourechuk of Regina, Saskatchewan, who passed away on December 14, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Verna leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Verna may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tetzlaff and Emma Tetzlaff; and her brothers, Elvin (Ruth) and Delmar. She is survived by: her husband Mike; her sons, Michael and David; her daughter-in-law Melanie; her grandchildren, MacKenna and Sean; and her sister-in-law Carol. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
