He was predeceased by: his wife Iris; his daughter Jody; his parents, Peter and Sarah; his brothers, Dave, John and Les; and his sisters-in-law, Betty, Jo-Anne and Gay.

He is survived by: his children, Stacy (Marilyn) and Debra; his grandson Jordan; his siblings, Leona and Ralph (Elaine); and his sisters-in-law, Ardis and Donna. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
