He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Debbie (Robert), Lisa, Mat (Annette), Dan (Becky), Kathy (Gerald) and Terry (Garnet); his mother-in-law Dorothy Young; his son Ron; his parents, August Arndt and Johanna Arndt; his children, Debra Lynn (Robert), Ronald Charles, Mathew August (Annette) and Daniel Robert (Becky); his grandchildren, Shaunna (Ray), Nicki (Mike), Starla (Adam), Della (Taylor), Kayla (Chris), Amanda (Brandon), Samantha (Jon), David, Clover (James), Saul, Jacob and Jorja; and his great grandchildren, Sarah, Lily of Evelyn and Claire. He was also cherished by his 12 grandchildren, his 4 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in Walter's memory to the Cancer Foundation of Saskatchewan or the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church Memorial Fund.
