He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrose and Theresa; his siblings, Marguerite and Rob; and his brother-in-law Jerry Bank.

He is survived by: his wife Lorelee; his sons, Corey (Lisa) and Ryan (Audrey); his grandchildren, Veronica, Logan, Alexis, Natasha, Megan, Jackson and Abigail; and his sisters-in-law, Janet Lockert (Gerry) and Maxine Schuba. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pallative Care unit at Pasqua Hospital, Canadian Cancer Society or Pallative Home Care.
