He is survived by: his wife Marion; his children, Shaun and Penney; his grandchildren, Jesse and Kait; and his siblings-in-law, Rose McGill, Diane Hill, Joan Francis, Marg Francis, Cherene Schiller, George Francis, Bud Francis, Tom Francis and John Francis.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Speers Family Centre (2333 Cornwall St, Regina, SK S4P2L4).
