He is survived by: his mother Barbara; his stepfather Allan Pacholko; his children, Keith (Carly) and Jenna (John); his siblings, Trevor and Tahirih; his nieces and nephews, Jade and Brayden; his stepbrothers, Darryl Pacholko (Lisa) and Randy Pacholko (Donna); his close friend Kathy; and his stepchildren, Jay, Clayton, Jocelyn and Quinn. He is also survived by many friends, extended family.
