She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, George Deener and Margaret Deener (Thomson); her grandchildren, Carol and Neil; her husband Mel; her children, Lois, Ross, Gary Pomeroy (Deb) and Carol Thompson (Neil); her granddaughters, Leah Palmer (Curtis Harding), Lori Kube (T. J.) and Lana Osadczuk (Justin); her great grandchildren, Hailey, Kassidy Palmer, Chloe, Kane Kube and Ivy Osadczuk; her stepgreat-grandsons, Dylan Gilmour, Kaiden and Kyan Harding; and also Arnold.

Memorial donations may be made in Dorothy's name to the Central Butte Regency Manor, Central Butte, SK S0H 0T0.
