He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kurbis and Addie Kurbis; and his children, Tara (Jason), Duane (Renee) and Greg (Chyvonne).
He is survived by: his wife Dawn Kurbis of Rocanville; and his grandchildren, Riley, Keston, Grady, Jharen, Adrik and Ryerdon.
