She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Kampert and Rose Kampert; her stepfather Albert; her former husband Edward Ullman; her husband John York; her children, Daryl and Kathy; and her daughter-in-law Janice.

She is survived by: her children, Ken (Terry) and Janice (Joel); her son-in-law Ed; and her grandchildren, Jonathan, Jordan and Chelsey. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
