She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosalie Clarke and Alexander Clarke; her father-in-law James Shiel; her grandparents, Thomas Clarke, Aurora McKenzie, Philip Ballantyne and Jean Ballantyne; her siblings-in-law, Micheal Neilsen and Francis Clarke; her siblings, Mary Ballantyne, Linda Ballantyne and Marcel Jobb; her nieces, Elizabeth Ballantyne and Daniella Clarke; and her nephew Kevin Clarke.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Shiel; her sons, Scott Shiel and Cory Clarke; her adoptive son David Larson; her mother-in-law Eva Shiel; her godmother Josaphine Bird (Morin); her siblings, James Clarke (Lorraine), Daniel Clarke, Leonard Clarke (Helen), Norma Nielsen, Caroline McKenzie (Robert) and Judy Clarke; and her siblings-in-law, Nancy Brown, Diane Shiel (Ned), Joan Ireland (Darren) and George Ballantyne. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
A wake was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Kitsaki Hall (2201 James Roberts St, Air Ronge, SK S0J3G0). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
