She was predeceased by: her parents, George Snook and Margaret Snook (Harder); her husband Paul Sawatzky; her half-brother James Snook; her brothers, William Snook and Gary Snook; her grandchild Daryl Sawatzky; and her great grandchild Liam Klein.

She is survived by: her children, Brian and Waldheim; her brothers, Farms, DJ Diamonds, Rolar Agencies and Louis Sheppard; her children, Cheryl Klein, Karen Sawatzky (Klippenstein) and Scott Sawatzky; her grandchildren, Greg, Gindy Klein (Wachniak), Geoff Klein, Angela McLellan, Ashley Podhordeski, Brittany, Darryn Zimmermann and Hayley Sawatzky; and her great grandchildren, Gavin Klein, Gabriel Klein, Fiona McLellan, Camden McLellan, Nevada Podhordeski, Violet Podhordeski, Aubrey Podhordeski, Autumn Zimmermann and Norah Zimmermann. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
