He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Welch and Elva Welch; his wife Stephanie Pawluk of Watrous, SK; his daughter Corinne Baumann (Mark); and his grandchildren, Stephen, James and Erika. He was also cherished by his nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
