She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Dubé and Henri Patenaude; her husband Russell Bjorgaard; her significant other Bob Hamilton; and her sister Bernadette Pagé (Calgary).

She is survived by: her close friend Henriette LeStrat. She is also survived by children and numerous nieces and nephews.
