She was predeceased by: her husband William (Bill); her parents, Philip Gulka and Natalka Gulka; and her siblings, Harry Gulka (Rosalin), Matt Gulka (Sophie) and Olga Baranitsky (Gulka).
She is survived by: her children, Elaine Dziadyk (Jim), Shirley Crayne (Phil) and Kathy Smart (Dean); her grandchildren, Rick Dziadyk (Eva), Rod Dziadyk, Randene Duncan (Graham), Rebecca Randle and Mitchell Randle; and her great grandchildren, William, Alex Dziadyk, Grace and Broden Duncan.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to St. Joseph's Home in memory of Ann Komarnisky.
