She was predeceased by: her parents, Malanka Puto and Hafon Puto; her husband Steven Kostiuk; her son Jerry Kostiuk; and her siblings, John, Tim, MaryBelle, Steve and Sally.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Bodnarchuk (Arnold), Emily Kostiuk-Marchuk (Ken Marchuk) and Sherry Kostiuk; her granddaughter Janine Wionzek (Jason); her great grandchildren, Hailey and Carter; her grandchildren, Mindy Bodnarchuk and Lynden Bodnarchuk (Jessie); her great grandchildren, Cadence, Kinsley, Holly and Easton; her grandchildren, Kale Kormysh (Emily Langen) and Kelsey Knorr (Wyatt); and her brother Bill Puto (Adelaide). She is also survived by four sisters-in-law, and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
