Joe C. Bloski wrote a sympathy message

“Dear Nancy, Noel, Rob, Andy & families; I am saddened to hear of your mother's (Arlene) passing and wish to express my sincere condolences. I got to really know Arlene during my tenure working for her father and mother at Speers Seed Store. She was an out-going individual, an accomplished basket-ball player (Adilman's Aces), and just an overall good person. No doubt her time in basketball inspired her family to take up the game; God Bless her, may she rest in Peace! Joe C. Bloski”
