He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin and Dorothy; and his niece Laura. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa; his wife Pat; his grandchildren, Matt (Hennie), Alicia, Beth and Tim; and his siblings, Brian, Diane, Robert, Dale, Jacqueline, Leslie and Janet.
