He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Slywka and Olga Slywka. He is survived by: his children, Kirk (Lauren), Dale (Julie) and Jacqueline (Tim); his grandchildren, Logan, Griffin, Elise, Beckett, Carter, Fox and Archer; his close friend Marilyn Denis; and his sister Elaine Rachinskly (Larry).
