She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Gareau and Lucille Gareau; her husband Colin Luciuk; her father-in-law Ron; her brother-in-law Denis; her nephew Austin; and her niece Melissa.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Eva), Jenna and Kristen; her siblings, Bernard (Sandra), Beatrice, Marielle (Ralph), Armand (Eveline), Louise (Ross), Eva (Ken), Noel (Jocelyne) and Emile (Arliss); her mother-in-law Bea; and her siblings-in-law, Dean (Karen) and Michelle. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Acadia McKague's Funeral Chapel (915 Acadia Dr, Saskatoon, SK S7H5N4).
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations in Brigitte's memory to support Endocrine Cancers research through the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation. Donations to other cancer research organizations that are meaningful to you are also warmly appreciated.
