He was predeceased by: his son Andrew. He is survived by: his wife Elsie; his son Carlos Jr. (Heather); his granddaughter Gabrielle (Leo); his daughter-in-law Annette; and his grandchildren-in-law, Faith and Josiah. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
