He is survived by: his close friend Elizabeth Betts; his children, James (Lesley) and Bev (Dave); his niece Christine (Mick); his nephew Keith; and his sister-in-law Jacqueline (Bruce). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
