He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Alishia; his son-in-law Norval; his parents, Bill and Edith; and his siblings, Roy, Lillian, Irene, Annie, Mary, Edna and Iris.

He is survived by: his wife Anita; his children, Glenn (Suzanne), Bob (Kathleen), Melvin, Clifford Jr. (Carmella), Janice (Richard) and Bev; his sisters, Florence, Doris and Elaine (Ron); his sister-in-law Joan; and his brother Allen (Beverly). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
