She is survived by: her husband Maurice; her children, Calvert Melnychuk (Donna), Kenneth Melnychuk (Lorraine), Brenda Symenuk (Brent) and Sherry Magera (Ivan); and her sister Lynn. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan or St. Paul's Hospital Foundation, designated to the Palliative Care Unit.
