She is survived by: her parents, Kurt Kozak and Judy Kozak of Creighton, SK; her grandparents, Debbie and Pat Woods; her children, Cashen and Chloe Peever; her sisters, Jackie Bloomfield and Sarah Kozak; her grandmother Fern Kozak; and her nieces and nephews, Sydni Morissette, Rylee, Ryker Sproxton, Silver and Casey Alexander. She is also survived by numerous cousins aunts and uncles.
